All work under a written SOW: scope, price in USD, days, 1 revision round per milestone.

Payments

Card via Stripe under $500 (full billing address required). Bank via Wise over $500. 50% to start $999 builds, balance on launch. $49 audits prepaid, credited to build.

IP

IP assigns to you on final payment. We retain right to show work in portfolio unless NDA signed pre-start.

Refunds

Reject the $49 audit teardown with reason in 7 days for refund. Build deposits refundable before work starts, minus audit value after kickoff.

App Store

You own the $99/yr Apple Developer account. We submit as agent; Apple review times/approvals are Apple-controlled.
